Open Settings
Open the app and go to Settings.

My Account
Select My Account. Delete account sits at the bottom.

Confirm This cannot be undone
Tell us why you're leaving, or skip it. Tap Delete account. Done.
One short survey you can skip, one confirmation. You do need to be online when you confirm.
Without the app: e-mail us.
Uninstalled it already, or changed phones? E-mail us from the address you signed up with and we'll do it for you.

- From the address your account uses
We can't act on a request from a different address, because we'd have no way to know it's you.
- Subject: Delete my account
We reply on that thread to confirm it's really you.
- Within 5 working days
Then we delete the account and every record tied to it.
What gets deleted.
Everything tied to your account, on our servers and on your phone, as soon as you confirm. Nothing can be recovered afterwards.
- Your sign-in
The account itself: e-mail, Google or Apple.
- Baby profile & settings
Name, date of birth, preferences, alert settings.
- Alerts & detected sounds
Alert history and the cry, cough and sound events the nursery phone detected.
- Activity & wellness logs
Feeds, sleep, nappies, temperature, vaccines, growth. These live on your phone, and the app wipes them there.
- Soothe recordings
Any voice clips you recorded for Auto-Soothe.
- Connected devices
The nursery phone's record, the pairing code and the live-stream index.
- Data on your phone
The app wipes its local database on the phone you delete from.
What we keep: nothing that identifies you. Anonymous crash and usage statistics can't be linked back to an account. Monitoring data also expires on its own even if you never delete; the retention periods are in our privacy policy.
Just want a reset?
If you'd rather start over than leave, Settings → My Account → Clear all data wipes your room, recordings and the data on this phone but keeps your sign-in, so you don't need to create a new account.
